I have so many scenarios in my head that I would love to make into comics but bc of time and life and other priorities, a lot of them are on the backburner. I'm rambling so I'll put my ideas under the break, but I just have silly moments in my head relating to my broppy parent AU--

I also think the word "eggnant"/"eggnancy" is amusing but it's also perfect lmfao

I've been asked before to elaborate on how Broppy handles life before the egg arrives, but also, what if trolls laid eggs fr instead of the magic hair thing.

I can just picture Poppy in her nesting phase right before the egg arrives and Branch brings Viva by to keep her company, only to be greeted by an absolutely feral Poppy who is LITERALLY trying to build her own "nest" for comfort and safety in their home. And that means gathering every pillow and blanket she can sink herself into for comfort. Branch tries to tell her that maybeeee she has enough because half the room is filled with comfort items and she looks at him with the biggest glare demanding that she must get more pillows or else 😂 And Viva flies out the door trying to get her whatever she wants.

That would be canon in my AU for me tbh. I just love the idea of Trolls having eggs in a variety of ways and handling it differently from troll to troll.

If I had more time and more hands, this would be a comic

I know with his Eggnancy with Angel, the only thing in the world he wanted was French Fries dipped in vanilla ice cream. 🍟🍦

Phoebe and Frank are fankids created by my sibling and me. Their story varies from AU to AU but most of the time they are half-siblings (common parent is Gyro/Mad) with a 10 years age gap. Phoebe is the enthusiast extrovert while Frank is the quiet introvert, yet they share a strong bond.

More under the cut.

This is from the AU where they were born, keep in mind that this world takes only a few aspects from canon, there's no F.O.W.L. and Gyro and Fenton have a small age gap.

Gyro went through teenage eggnancy which made his life quite hard but Black Heron plays a mother role for him and helps him to choose what to do. At the end Gyro keeps the egg and there is where Phoebe is born. The bio father is not in the picture.

The next 7 years are a constant struggle trying to raise her alone, dealing with gender identity, poverty and trying to pursue a science career.

Fenton falls for Gyro while they were working on an internship for Dr. Taurus in McDuck Enterprise but Gyro is not interested. Then Fenton chills but doesn't give up, he befriends Phoebe and Gyro starts to warm to him.

Eventually they start dating and Phoebe sees a parental figure in Fenton. Three years later they are married and Francisco is born. Gyro and Fenton are still working for Mr. McDuck and the rest is a slice of life as they rise their children.

In the future, motivated by her neurodivergent sibling, Phoebe becomes a pediatric neurologist and lives in St. Canard with her husband. Meanwhile Frank is still exploring the life of a young adult, taking care of a retired María Cabrera and spending time with their partner Mich.

There is a lot to explore in this AU, reason why it is one of my favorite to RP with my sibling: Black Heron is a good person with a lot of personal problems, Dr. Akita was actually a good mentor, Bradford is still an asshole, Quackfaster dates Magica, Frank is a weird kid, Fenton's past and his friendship with Drake and Panchito, Gyro's path to heal. Honestly, the only normal person in here is Phoebe.

In the ineffable Wolfstar au, what was Remus's reaction to noticing then realizing he was staring at his first eggnancy in the mirror one cold, damp, drizzly London morning?

eggnancy, I want to die.

he puts the kettle on for a fat cup of tea

he paces. gets his socks wet in the process.

he drinks his tea and tries to convince himself this is not happening. he does not succeed.

he apparates to sirius's doorstep, overhears sirius and aziraphale hatefucking (it's that loud), and vomits in his bushes.

he goes to the nearest cafe and starts crying when they ask how he takes his tea.

he walks home in the rain, takes a nap very much hoping he'll wake to find this is not happening. it does not work.

sirius comes over to his demanding to know why padfoot could smell him all over the vomit in his bushes. remus breaks down and tells him everything, and sirius gives him some sage advice while bending a teaspoon (they're drinking more tea of course) in half.

remus finally gets up the nerve to tell crowley, and crowley repeats steps 1-7 but with espresso and lightning

Dumb ovi dragon au thoughts with a sprinkle of denial because I can

Human knight!Sakur.a sent to slay dragon Byakuy.a, she doesn’t, they spent time together and relationship turns romance. Eventually ends up getting sexual and one encounter Byakuy.a accidentally depositing some eggs in her, but at the moment their very small (maybe chicken or even quail size) so Sakur.a doesn’t notice.

He just awkwardly apologizes and promises to step up. She’s just “No, no. There are no eggs. Your a dragon, I’m a human it’s impossible. I can’t have a kid-“

“Well it’s more kids-“

“Not happening, nope. Impossible, I got knight things to do.” and just goes back to her kingdom.

I like to imagine eggnancies are shorter and fewer drawbacks (no morning sickness or sore breasts since eggs and no need for milk) but their much shorter than human gestation. So she starts showing very quickly as eggs grow fast. She’s in denial because of course she is, but others are starting to notice and her friends are getting very concerned, especially with how lumpy her belly looks.

For humour I can see just someone straight up asking “Sakur.a O.gami, did you fuck the dragon we sent you to slay?”
